30-Minute Bootcamp

The get-it-done full body workout for busy people! Come join us for a quick workout that will get your heart pumping! Using dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight we’ll get in a fun workout that will leave you feeling energized! Haven’t worked out in a while? No problem. Modifications are always available, making these workouts scale-able to any fitness level.

Summer bootcamps are continuing August 2nd-23rd in Shawinigan Park

Classes run every Wednesday from 8:00-8:30pm. There are two registration options to allow for busy summer schedules.
