My coaching style places a lot of emphasis on the core and pelvic floor muscles. Optimal function of your core and pelvic floor is key to building a strong foundation, no matter your fitness goals. Through proper education and coaching, my goal is to help you build a great connection to these muscles that are at the centre of all movement!
